Job Description

Immediate opening for a Quantity Surveyor with an infrastructure and construction company in Mumbai. Quantity Surveyors measure completed work against contract quantities, prepare bills of quantities, and track project costs to support accurate billing and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Quantity measurement & take-off.
• Take ownership of Bill of quantities preparation.
• Manage Cost tracking.
• Be responsible for Contract valuation.
• Work on Site measurement verification.

This position calls for 2-8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. It is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra - not a remote position, given the nature of Infrastructure & Construction work in this sector.
