Job Description

A Field Technician (Installation & Repair) is required by a telecom operator in Kanpur. Field Technicians install new telecom connections and equipment at customer premises, troubleshoot and repair faults on-site, and document completed service visits.

• Take ownership of Fault repair.
• Manage Customer premises equipment setup.
