Immediate opening for a Workforce Management Executive with a BPO company in Coimbatore. Workforce Management Executives forecast call/chat volumes, build agent shift schedules, and monitor real-time floor staffing to keep service levels on target.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Shift scheduling & forecasting.
• Take ownership of Real-time floor monitoring.
• Manage Attendance & shrinkage tracking.
• Be responsible for WFM software usage.
• Work on Reporting to operations.
