Immediate opening for a Operations Manager (BPO) with a BPO company in Coimbatore. Operations Managers own overall floor performance for a client process, manage client relationships, and lead multiple teams to meet service level and quality targets.

• Handle Operations & P&L management.
• Take ownership of Client relationship management.
• Manage Performance metrics ownership.
• Be responsible for Team leadership across shifts.
• Work on Process improvement initiatives.
