Job Description

Immediate opening for a Junior Workforce Management Executive with a BPO company in Coimbatore. Workforce Management Executives forecast call/chat volumes, build agent shift schedules, and monitor real-time floor staffing to keep service levels on target.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Shift scheduling & forecasting.
• Take ownership of Real-time floor monitoring.
• Manage Attendance & shrinkage tracking.
• Be responsible for WFM software usage.
• Work on Reporting to operations.

This position calls for 1-3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree; WFM tools experience preferred. It is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - not a remote position, given the nature of BPO / ITES work in this sector.
