Key Responsibilities

• Handle Bulk labour recruitment coordination.
• Take ownership of Worker documentation & verification.
• Manage Onboarding & induction coordination.
• Be responsible for Employee records maintenance.
• Work on Statutory compliance support (PF/ESI).
