Immediate opening for a HOD - Science & Humanities with an engineering college in Chennai. The Head of the Science & Humanities Department leads the combined Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English faculty team and coordinates first-year academics.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Department academic & administrative leadership across Math/Physics/Chemistry/English.
• Take ownership of Faculty workload & timetable allocation.
• Manage Curriculum & accreditation (AICTE/NBA) coordination.
• Be responsible for First-year student outcome monitoring.
• Work on Coordination with core engineering departments.

This position calls for 12+ years of relevant experience and a Ph.D. in Mathematics/Physics/Chemistry/English with Professor/Associate Professor level experience.
