Key Responsibilities

• Handle Guard recruitment & onboarding.
• Take ownership of Police verification & documentation coordination.
• Manage Uniform & ID card issuance.
• Be responsible for Attendance & payroll support.
• Work on Statutory compliance support (PF/ESI).
