Immediate opening for a Inventory & Stock Executive with a bar in Udupi. Inventory & Stock Executives track liquor and beverage stock levels, coordinate purchases with vendors, and support excise documentation and audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Liquor & beverage stock tracking.
• Take ownership of Purchase requisition & vendor coordination.
• Manage Wastage & spillage monitoring.
• Be responsible for Stock audit & reconciliation.
• Work on Excise/licensing documentation support.
