Immediate opening for a Sales Executive - Villas & Apartments with a residential construction company in Mangaluru. Sales Executives show villa and apartment projects to prospective buyers, handle bookings, and follow up on leads through to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Site visit & project walkthrough for buyers.
• Take ownership of Unit booking & documentation support.
• Manage Price negotiation within approved limits.
• Be responsible for Lead follow-up & conversion.
• Work on Coordination with legal & CRM teams.
