Job Description

This opening is for a Trainee Field Technician (Installation & Repair) position with a telecom operator operating in Bengaluru. This is an entry-level trainee position - you will work under close supervision while learning the core responsibilities of the role. Field Technicians install new telecom connections and equipment at customer premises, troubleshoot and repair faults on-site, and document completed service visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle New connection installation.
• Take ownership of Fault repair.
• Manage Customer premises equipment setup.
• Be responsible for Basic troubleshooting.
• Work on Service documentation.
