Job Description

A Service Technician is required by an electronics showroom in Bengaluru. Service Technicians diagnose and repair electronics and appliance issues, handling both in-store and at-home service visits under warranty.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Appliance & electronics repair diagnosis.
• Take ownership of In-store & at-home service visits.
• Manage Spare parts replacement.
• Be responsible for Warranty service claim handling.
• Work on Quality check before handover.
