Job Description

Immediate opening for a Senior Tower & Site Maintenance Technician with a telecom infrastructure company in Bengaluru. Tower & Site Maintenance Technicians maintain telecom towers and site equipment including power backup systems, carrying out scheduled preventive maintenance and reporting faults for repair. This senior-level position also involves mentoring junior team members and reviewing their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Tower & site equipment maintenance.
• Take ownership of Power backup system checks.
• Manage Preventive maintenance schedules.
• Be responsible for Safety protocol compliance.
• Work on Fault reporting.
