Job Description

A Junior NOC Engineer is required by a telecom operator's network operations center in Bengaluru. NOC Engineers monitor live network performance from a centralized operations center, detect and escalate faults, and coordinate with field teams to resolve network issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Network monitoring tools.
• Take ownership of Incident detection & escalation.
• Manage Fault troubleshooting.
