Immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager - Home Care with an FMCG company in Ahmedabad. Regional Sales Managers own the sales P&L for Home Care products across their region, leading area sales teams and distributor expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Regional sales strategy & P&L ownership.
• Take ownership of Area sales manager team leadership.
• Manage Distributor network expansion planning.
• Be responsible for Regional demand forecasting.
• Work on Senior stakeholder & HO coordination.
