Immediate opening for a Architect with a residential construction company in Nellore. Architects design villa and apartment layouts and elevations, consult with clients on design preferences, and prepare drawings for approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Villa & apartment layout design.
• Take ownership of Elevation & 3D visualization.
• Manage Client design consultation.
• Be responsible for Coordination with structural & MEP teams.
• Work on Building approval drawing preparation.
